Player Expectations

Players are expected to attend two practices during the week to prepare for the game

•  If players miss practice they should not expect to start the game

Players are expected to arrive at least 35 minutes before all home and away games to be ready to start the warm-up 30 minutes before kick-off

• Anyone who arrives late for the warm-up should not expect to start the game and is not likely to play the first 15 minutes
• A full warm-up is critical in properly preparing the players
   physically and mentally for the game
• Sometimes the coach will be late for the warm-up because they are coming from another game, the players should still start warming up 30 minutes before kick-off. Coaches will ask parents to help in this situation

• We wear White at home and Red away but sometimes we need to change at the field. If a player does not have both jersey's they may not be able to play. Those who are waiting for their uniforms should bring a red and a white t-shirt today

Parent Conduct

• Please cheer and support from the sidelines
• Please do not instruct from the sidelines (this includes yelling shoot it, pass, move up etc). Let the kids make decisions and let the coaches do the coaching
• Please do not approach the coach after a game if you are unhappy about playing time, playing position or the result of the game. Wait 48hrs and then set up a phone call with the coach if you still feel you need to have a discussion
• Please do not question or try to influence the referee's calls

WE HAVE A ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR REFEREE ABUSE. ANYONE FOUND TO BE VERBALLY OR PHYSICALLY ABUSING AN OFFICIAL WILL RECEIVE A MINIMUM OF AN 8 GAME BAN FROM THE SIDELINES.
